PROJECTS
TVDG decided from the start that giving back to the community was at the core of what we do. We're committed to adding value to our communities through volunteer work, community events, or just some good 'ole manual labor.
Here are some of the projects we've worked on or contributed to during our first year:
Mallard Park
Thanks to Dan Solari and some helpful volunteers, we installed a few alternate pin locations at Mallard Park in Caldwell, ID. We wanted to create the opportunity to throw new lines, allow for some shorter shots, and increase participation from youth and all disc golf skill levels.
Eagle Island State Park Clean Up
We joined forces with the Park Rangers at Eagle Island State Park to help clean up, and trim shrubs/trees to keep the course looking great!
Mesa Park Course Install
Fruitland, ID has a new 9 hole disc golf course! Dan joined members of the community in Fruitland and helped them install 9 baskets at Mesa Park!
